The location is perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and close to restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do in Tulum. The beds were comfortable and the room had air conditioning and a TV. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel! the staff was beautiful and friendly, always ready to help. the unlimited air conditioning and nice TV were a bonus. the rooftop patio, bar, and kitchen offered amazing views and a great place to hang out. the location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and transportation.

Wifi was occasionally spotty, but that's typical for Tulum.

The noise levels at night were unbearable, with loud music and low beats from nearby clubs keeping me awake until 3 am despite wearing earplugs. the lack of proper insulation in the rooms made it impossible to get a restful night's sleep.

the staff at Emotion Tulum Hotel & Hostal were very helpful and accommodating. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with soft mattresses and air conditioning. the location is convenient, with everything you need just steps away. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, although it was quiet during my stay. it was a great value for money and I would highly recommend it. Cons: Everything was great! .
